Remote Regional Viper WRL Distributor Sales Meetings
As Lockdowns have become the ‘norm’ around the world as the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, we were forced to rethink about how we communicated with & supported our fantastic team of distributors around the world. They range from New Zealand all the way to Costa Rica & Chile on the other side of the planet!
Earlier this year our IT support team at QNS recommended that we upgrade our systems to Microsoft 365. The timing was then perfect for us as a team as it meant suddenly having access to Microsoft Teams. It havs proved to be an extremely valuable asset during 2 months of lockdown with all our team working remotely from their homes.
Another exciting development was the establishment of remote regional sales meetings for our Viper Wire Rope Lubricator distributors. They were divided into EMEA, LATAM & APAC teams and we aim to meet with them every three weeks on a Wednesday at a mutually convenient time. Teams has enabled us to share technical presentations with each group as well as having invited speakers to present their own regional case studies & success stories. Very often we have 15-20 individuals in the meeting from up to 7 different countries and multiple time zones.
These meetings have been well received & a big help in maintaining momentum and most importantly morale during a very challenging few months for everyone.
